OLD MUTUAL BANK NIGHT GOLF IN AID OF CHARITY TO BE HELD AT NELSPRUIT GOLF CLUB ON 11 NOVEMBER 2004
We
have pleasure in inviting you to join us at the annual Old Mutual Bank Night
Golf in aid of charity.
Every
year we hold this event in order to give something back to the community. Last
year we managed to raise over R10 000 which was paid over to the beneficial
charity, namely the SPCA. This year the charity that will benefit from this
event will be Camp Quality.
What
/ Who is Camp Quality?
Camp
Quality is a project, which is run and organised by Nelspruit Rotary Club. Every
year they take between 30 and 50 children who have cancer, on a week’s outing
in the Lowveld. These outings include things such as 4X4 rides and Helicopter
flips.
Tee
off: 15H30 shot-gun start (9holes)
Dinner:
17H45 to 18H45
Putting
competition: during the dinner break
Tee
off: 19H00 shot-gun start (6holes –night golf)
Price
giving: 21H30
ENTRY FEE: R 1 200.00 Per 4 Ball. This fee includes the special night balls, green fees, dinner, a welcome pack and the sponsorship of either a green or a tee.
Each 4 ball entered may choose to advertise either at a green or a tee. You may also arrange a fund raising event in aid Camp Quality at any of these holes. (please make arrangements with the organisers prior to the golf day.
Due to the complexity of the game format, we will only be able to accommodate 18 teams for the day. So don’t delay, get your entries in as soon as possible.
